Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all purchases of PureSuck Vacuums products (cordless stick vacuums, upright vacuums, canister vacuums, handheld vacuums, and accompanying accessories like HEPA filters, replacement batteries, charging docks, and cleaning tools) and related services (commercial maintenance plans, extended warranty enrollments) (collectively “Products/Services”) from PureSuck Home & Commercial Care Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By placing an order via our website, authorized retailers, or customer support channels, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all product-specific guidelines (e.g., user manuals, battery safety protocols) provided at the time of purchase.
1. Order Acceptance & Modifications
Your order constitutes a request to purchase Products/Services, not a binding contract. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or adjust orders if: (a) Products are out of stock (due to high demand for cordless stick vacuums during holiday seasons or supply chain delays for HEPA filter components); (b) Product details contain errors (e.g., misstated suction power, incorrect battery runtime); or (c) your delivery address is incompatible with bulk/commercial orders (e.g., 10+ canister vacuums for hotels may require lift-gate delivery—remote areas with limited access may incur additional fees). A binding contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation (email or physical document) including item specs, total cost (taxes, shipping, service fees), delivery timelines, and any required deposits.
Post-confirmation modifications (e.g., upgrading from a 20,000 Pa to 25,000 Pa cordless vacuum, adding a 1-year commercial maintenance plan) must be submitted in writing within 24 hours. We will confirm feasibility and cost/timeline adjustments (e.g.,
300 for vacuum upgrades, 1–2 business days for accessory additions). For bulk/commercial orders (8+ units for offices, hotels, or cleaning services), modifications are prohibited once production or shipment begins (typically 3 business days post-confirmation); cancellations result in forfeiture of the 25% non-refundable deposit.
2. Product Specifications & Safety Compliance
All PureSuck Vacuums meet global safety and quality standards: UL 1017 (U.S. small appliance safety), EN 60335-2-2 (EU vacuum cleaner safety), and AS/NZS 60335.2.2 (Australia/New Zealand safety). Product pages and manuals clearly list key specs: suction power (18,000–30,000 Pa), battery runtime (20–60 minutes), weight (2.8–12 lbs), filter type (HEPA 11/13), and applicable floor types (hardwood, carpet, tile). Minor variations (e.g., subtle differences in battery charging time, slight color tweaks in plastic casings) are normal and do not qualify as defects.
You are responsible for: (a) Using products per safety guidelines (e.g., avoiding wet surfaces with non-waterproof models, not vacuuming sharp objects that damage hoses); (b) Proper battery care (e.g., charging lithium-ion batteries only with PureSuck-approved docks to prevent overheating); (c) Commercial models used exclusively for intended purposes (e.g., upright vacuums for light commercial use—heavy-duty debris like construction dust requires specialized canister units). We provide safety tutorials but are not liable for injury, property damage, or equipment failure caused by misuse, unapproved modifications (e.g., third-party batteries), or neglect (e.g., clogged filters leading to motor burnout).
3. Payment Terms
- Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, PayPal, and ACH transfers (for bulk/commercial orders over $3,000). Commercial customers may qualify for net-30 payment terms (subject to credit approval via business license, financial records, and reference checks).
- Deposits: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for bulk/commercial orders and custom-branded vacuums (e.g., logo-printed units for cleaning franchises); standard in-stock residential products require full payment at checkout (no deposit).
- Pricing: Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) for U.S. orders, with local currency options (EUR, GBP, CAD) for international sales. Prices include applicable sales tax and compliance fees (excluding international orders—customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are your responsibility). Quotes are valid for 5 days; prices may adjust due to material cost increases (e.g., lithium-ion batteries, HEPA filter materials) or regulatory changes to energy efficiency standards.
- Late Payments: For commercial installment plans, unpaid balances incur a 2% monthly late fee. We may delay delivery, suspend maintenance services, or charge a restocking fee (15% of total order value) if payment is 12+ days overdue.

- Inspection: Inspect Products immediately upon delivery. Note damage (e.g., bent hoses, non-charging batteries) on the courier’s receipt, take photos of packaging and the product, and notify us within 48 hours. We will replace damaged items free of charge or issue a full refund; failure to report damage within 48 hours voids coverage.
5. Warranties & Returns
- Warranties: All PureSuck Vacuums include a limited warranty: 2 years for residential models (covers motors, control panels, and structural defects), 5 years for commercial models, 1 year for accessories (filters, batteries), and 6 months for wear parts (brushes, hoses). The warranty excludes: (a) Normal wear (e.g., filter replacement, worn brush rolls); (b) Damage from misuse (e.g., water exposure, dropped units); (c) Repairs by non-PureSuck authorized technicians. Extended warranties (up to 5 years for residential, 10 years for commercial) are available for purchase at checkout.
- Returns: Standard in-stock Products (unused, in original packaging, with all parts/manuals) may be returned within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping fees). Custom-branded vacuums and installed commercial units are non-returnable unless defective (verified by our technical team), in which case we provide a replacement or pro-rated refund. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (except for defective items, where we provide a prepaid shipping label). Used or damaged-by-misuse vacuums are non-returnable.
